Our Story

ConnectAi Lab’s Contact Center Practice can help you to see the art of the possible and design, deploy, manage, integrate and scale your existing or new omnichannel cloud contact center with Amazon Connect. We specialize in providing solutions/guidance on Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, QnABot and a wide range of AI/ML services. Our marketplace offerings extend the native functionality of Amazon Connect and provide features and functionality to our customers which are not available out of the box.

 

Our team adheres to the best practices provided by AWS and have proven success delivering complex solutions to the customers.

We work backwards from our customers to understand their current environment and solution or features they need to scale or optimize their business operations.

Our consulting team consists of highly qualified individuals from AWS ProServe and has years of hands-on Amazon Connect Implementation experience. During their experience in solving the customer’s problem, out team realized the importance of working backwards from the customers. ConnectAi was founded in 2023 with the same problem solving mindset. We strive to find identify solution that enhances the Out of the box product and provide value to our customers.
